Interior Concept Visualizations from Existing Photos, Ballet & Sport Club with Large LED Walls

We are opening an immersive movement club in central Frankfurt: ballet, boxing and fitness for adults, built around wall-sized LED screens, raw concrete and precise lighting. Think cultural venue rather than gym. We have photographs of the actual empty space and need concept visualizations that show what the space becomes. These will be presented to the property owner, who is a well known developer with a strong design background. The images have to look convincing to someone who builds spaces for a living. WHAT WE NEED 6 to 8 concept images based on our existing photographs of the empty rooms. The architecture in your images must match the real space: same geometry, same windows, same columns, same ceiling height, same camera angle. We are not looking for generic beautiful interiors. We are looking at our rooms, transformed. Scenes: 1. Ground floor entrance as a walk-in installation 2. Nutrition bar and reception, open to the street 3. Small curated merchandise area 4. Changing and quiet zone 5. Glass wall: looking from the ground floor up into the lit ballet studio 6. Ballet studio with one full wall as an LED screen, empty 7. Boxing studio with its own LED surface 8. Evening session: LED stage, adults training, club atmosphere without alcohol 9. A recovery zone. We have not decided what it is or where it sits: sauna, infrared, cold exposure, a dark lounge, a stretching floor. Propose it. This is the one part of the brief where we are asking for your design thinking rather than execution, and a convincing proposal here weighs heavily in our decision. VISUAL DIRECTION Our reference for the studios is immersive digital art in the spirit of teamLab in Tokyo: darkness as the base state, light as the building material, borderless surfaces with no visible seam between wall and floor, slow generative motifs, mirrors extending the room. Not a screen hanging on a wall. A room that behaves like an artwork. The idea that makes this different: immersive art spaces exist and training spaces exist, but nobody has built one room that is genuinely both. Ours is a serious training space in the morning and an exhibition in the evening, with commissioned work from artists we collaborate with, changing several times a year. Same surfaces, same building, a different reason to be there. The ground floor works differently and stays architectural: exposed concrete, blackened steel, daylight, restraint. The building is visible downstairs and disappears upstairs. That contrast is the concept, please hold both. Each studio needs to be shown in two states, same room, same angle: - immersive state: dark, the room as an installation - training state: bright and legible, a clear reference movement on the surface, bodies fully visible Restrained and expensive throughout, never glossy fitness marketing. We have prepared a 15-page visual concept briefing that explains all of this with the full scene list, the visual rules and the failure modes. We share it together with the photographs of the actual rooms once an NDA is in place. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Strong track record in interior visualization. Portfolio matters more than tools. - Experience with immersive or projection-driven environments is the strongest possible signal: digital art installations, museum or exhibition design, stage and event design, nightlife, LED-driven venues. - Also relevant: sport, dance or wellness venues, hospitality, retail concept design. - Able to work from existing photographs and keep the real geometry intact. This is the single most important requirement. - Comfortable with AI-assisted workflows combined with manual correction. Pure prompt output without cleanup is not enough. - Interior architecture or set design background is a strong plus. HOW WE WORK Milestone 1: one single test image from one of our photos, paid separately. If it works, we continue immediately. Milestone 2: the remaining images, two revision rounds included. Turnaround: we would like the first test image within 3 days and the full set within 10 days. Deliverables: high resolution images, 16:9 and 3:2, plus the source files or layered versions if your workflow produces them. An NDA will be signed before we share the photographs and the concept documents. IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE 1. Two or three links to interior work you did yourself, ideally venues rather than apartments. 2. One example where you transformed an existing photograph of a real space, before and after if possible. 3. Which tools you use and where the manual work happens. 4.
