I'm a luxury residential interior designer based in California looking for a reliable freelance CAD drafter and rendering specialist to support high-end custom home and spec home projects. I am a highly visual designer and need someone who can take my design direction, inspiration images, floor plans, sketches, and material selections and convert them into professional construction documents and client presentations. This is project-based work with the potential for ongoing collaboration. Responsibilities: Create interior elevations from floor plans Draft bathroom elevations Draft kitchen elevations Draft custom cabinetry elevations Produce tile layouts and detailing Create lighting and reflected ceiling plans Create finish schedules Develop SketchUp models Produce high-quality 3D renderings Revise drawings based on markups Organize drawing packages for builders and cabinet makers Software Required Must be proficient in: AutoCAD SketchUp Layout Enscape or Twinmotion Photoshop Adobe Acrobat Bonus: Revit Chief Architect Project Type Luxury Residential Custom Homes New Construction High-End Renovations Spec Homes Project sizes range from 2,500 sf to 10,000 sf.
