Interior Design Support for Ultra-Luxury Home Project | CAD, Sketchup & Layout Expertise Required

Seeking someone with immediate availability to modify bathroom fixtures in CAD for interior design project. I need to quickly modify some existing fixture layouts. More work in the future. This is ongoing. This role is ideal for a technically skilled designer who can support space planning, finish layout, and visual documentation based on a clear design direction and elevated standards. Must-Have Skills • Strong command of AutoCAD and/or SketchUp + Layout • Ability to read and work from architectural construction documents • Fluent in space planning and circulation in high-end residential projects • Excellent graphic and layout communication (clean, professional linework, scaled documentation) Preferred Software Experience • AutoCAD (or similar DWG-based CAD) • SketchUp + Layout Ideal Candidate • 5+ years in high-end residential interior architecture or design • Comfortable working remotely and receiving direction from a lead designer • Detail-oriented, fast, and able to work with layered DWG files • Experience working with layouts for ultra-luxury homes (8,000+ sq ft) • Strong communication skills and ability to meet agreed deadlines
