Interior Design with Material Lists

I am building a brand new design and need interior design work including real material lists. The materials should be available in Australia or easily sourced from overseas. The project requires a designer with experience in sourcing materials and creating detailed designs. To start with i like to just start with the living room . Add a fireplace like attached but more of sydney sandstone look . i can send the tiles i like . Also attached what our kitchen might look like in terms of colour . Can you match the floor colour ? It would be good to see a recommendation of the fireplace you would use . Also once we approve the final look to get the detailing for the builder . Can you show one cabinet in the kitchen so i can see how the fireplace and kitchen cabinet blend . Also the curtains need to be hidden in the ceiling - i can send pictures to confirm the look.
