Interior Designer / Architect for Multifamily Housing – 3D Renderings

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Architect to design rooms for multifamily housing projects and create high-quality 3D renderings based on existing floor plans. The ideal candidate will develop functional, aesthetically pleasing, and space-efficient interiors that meet the needs of modern multifamily living. Responsibilities include space planning, furniture layouts, material and finish selections, and producing realistic 3D visualizations that accurately represent the proposed designs. Candidates should have a strong understanding of interior design and architectural principles, excellent visualization skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design and rendering software. Experience with residential and multifamily housing projects is highly preferred.
