Interior Designer | High-End Villas & Hospitality (Bali Studio, Full-Time)

Maison Bali is an architecture, interior design and bespoke-furniture studio based in Bali. We design villas, boutique hospitality and private residences around a signature "Raw Luxury" aesthetic: sculptural modernism meeting Indonesian craftsmanship. We're growing and looking for an Interior Designer who can take concepts from refined idea to executed, sourced reality. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 5+ years in interior design, ideally across high-end villas, residential, boutique hospitality or restaurant projects • A strong portfolio showing refined concepts, space planning, material selection, FF&E and custom furniture design • Strong technical knowledge: able to produce and review layouts, elevations, lighting plans, joinery details and execution documents • Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD, plus strong skills in at least one rendering tool (Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion or D5 Render) • Able to develop complete material, furniture, lighting and styling selections, and source suitable products and suppliers per project • Comfortable following Maison Bali's creative direction while contributing strong ideas, references and practical solutions • Excellent English, strong organization, and the ability to collaborate remotely with architects, clients, contractors and suppliers NICE TO HAVE • Able to relocate to Bali, or to visit regularly for in-person work, supplier visits and project reviews • Professional Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to visit suppliers in Bali and Java • Experience managing procurement, quality control, order follow-up and delivery of furniture and materials to clients in Bali and internationally This is a full-time, long-term role, remote-friendly with regular coordination on Bali time (UTC+8); Bali-based candidates are a plus.
