Interior Designer Needed: Lobby Layout Re-design & Sourcing

I am looking for an interior designer or space planner to completely overhaul and optimize the layout of a 6m x 9m lobby space. The room is currently cluttered and acting as temporary storage, but it will be entirely cleared out before implementation. Your job is to design the final, clean layout. The redesign will involve rearranging existing core furniture, integrating a grand piano, removing mismatched items, and selecting a few key new pieces/props from local retailers. Key Design Objectives: Integrate a Grand Piano: The current old piano is being removed. You need to map out the ideal placement for a Kawai KG-3D grand piano (approx. 150cm W x 186cm L) as a central feature of the room. Declutter & Purge: Ignore all current clutter and temporary storage items in the photos. Furthermore, identify any existing furniture pieces that look "off" or mismatch the aesthetic and propose their removal. Replace the Shoe Rack: The current shoe rack must be discarded. Please source a new, functional replacement that fits the design. Prop & Decor Sourcing: Select new decorative props, accents, or essential furniture additions. Total budget for new purchases is 40,000 THB max (the focus should be on reusing good existing core furniture). All new items must be readily buyable from these specific retailers in Thailand: IKEA Thailand HomePro SB Design Square / SB Furniture What I Will Provide: Multiple photos of the current room from various angles (ignore the mess, look at the bones). Exact dimensions for key structural elements and major existing furniture pieces. Approximate sizes for minor pieces (you can guesstimate, or ask if a specific piece is critical). Project Deliverables: 2D Room Plan / Floor Layout: Showing the final optimized placement of old furniture, the Kawai piano, and new additions. Visual Render / Concept Image: A visual picture representing the new room layout and aesthetic. (Note: Partial AI rendering or AI-assisted visualization is completely permitted, provided it accurately reflects the spatial layout and sourced items). Shopping List: Links/names of the new items (shoe rack, props, etc.) from IKEA, HomePro, or SB within the 40,000 THB limit. Revisions: The project budget must include up to 3 rounds of revisions to fine-tune the layout and furniture choices.
