Interior Designer Needed: 3D Visualization & Electrical Layout for a Guest Room

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to create a modern, cozy, and functional design for a guest room in a private residential house. The project requires both creative spatial design and precise technical documentation. Scope of Work: Interior Design & 3D Visualization: Develop a complete design concept for the guest room and deliver photo-realistic 3D renderings (multiple angles). Electrical Engineering Plans: Create detailed technical drawings/layouts for production, including: Sockets and power outlets placement plan. Switches placement plan (including routing/connections). Lighting fixtures and chandeliers placement plan. Deliverables: High-quality, photorealistic 3D renders of the guest room. A complete set of electrical drawings (PDF and source files like DWG/PLN). Requirements: Proven experience in residential interior design (please provide a portfolio). Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (3ds Max + Corona/V-Ray, Blender, SketchUp + V-Ray, or similar). Proficiency in CAD software for technical drawings (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Revit). Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to deliver clean, easy-to-read blueprints for electricians.
