Interior Designer + 3D Renderer for Luxury Dog Hotel (Pet Facility & Franchise Experience Preferred)

We are developing a premium/luxury dog hotel (boarding + daycare + grooming) in Miami, FL. The first location is a 1,520 sq ft residence on a 5,434 sq ft lot at Miami, FL 33133 (I have attached floorplan and garden size). From the street it must look like a normal, nice residential home. Inside and in the backyard we want a magical, high-end, photogenic experience for dogs and their owners. We are looking for a talented interior designer who can also deliver high-quality 3D modeling and photorealistic renders. The design must feel premium and Instagram-worthy while remaining practical, dog-safe, easy to clean, and scalable for future locations (we plan to build a franchisable model). Space planning and functional zoning for the existing floor plan (boarding suites, daycare/play areas, grooming, reception/lounge, support spaces). We will mostly be doing a pick up / drop off service but occasionally a first-time client may visit to see the space where their dog will be staying. 2. Full interior design concept (materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, dog-themed decor) 3. Design of key backyard elements (dog pool, agility/play structures, shaded areas) 4. 3D modeling + photorealistic renders of the most important spaces (minimum 8–10 views) 5. Material and furniture recommendations with sourcing ideas Suggestions for making the design repeatable/scalable for future locations 6. Basic brand integration (color palette, logo placement, overall identity feel) Deliverables - Concept moodboards - Space planning / zoning diagrams - 3D model + photorealistic renders (key interior + exterior views) - Furniture, finishes & material list - Short design narrative explaining the concept and why it works for a luxury dog hotel What We Value - Previous experience designing dog parks, dog daycares, boarding facilities, or similar pet spaces (this is a big plus) - Experience creating scalable / franchisable designs - Strong branding sensibility - Clean, modern, photogenic aesthetic that still feels warm and dog-friendly Attachments - Floorplan of property - Dimensions of back yard - I will provide video walkthrough and detailed photos of the property with shortlisted members Timeline We would like to start as soon as possible. First concepts within 7–10 days of kickoff, final renders within 3–4 weeks. Budget We are targeting a fixed price in the $2,000 – $3,500 range for the full scope above.
