Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer for Aesthetic Coffee Shop Concept
Worldwide
Photorealistic 3D Interior Designer / Renderer Needed for Premium All-Day Brooklyn Café (Quiet Luxury + Industrial / Mediterranean Aesthetic) —— ABOUT THE PROJECT We are looking for an elite interior designer / 3D visualization specialist to create photorealistic interior renderings for a new premium café called Common Circuit, located in Gowanus, Brooklyn. This is not a generic coffee shop project. We already have a strong concept direction, a defined palette, seating strategy, and a refined millwork design system. We need a designer who can take all of that and translate it into stunning, high-end, realistic 3D renderings that feel like a place people would travel for. The goal is to create a café that feels like: * quiet luxury * editorial / architectural * warm and highly Instagrammable * grounded in Gowanus industrial character * softened by Mediterranean warmth and material richness * beautiful enough for branding / investor / contractor / design decision-making * but also clearly functional and realistic for a real buildout Project Overview The café is called Common Circuit and combines: * specialty coffee * elevated grab-and-go food * a seating strategy designed for both aesthetics and turnover * a strong brand palette and materials story We already know the general design direction: * Gowanus industrial bones * custom millwork as the hero * a warm, monolithic coffee bar * highly considered seating zones * quiet-luxury furniture * strong lighting mood * photographable moments throughout This project is about bringing that vision to life visually. ⸻ Design Direction / Aesthetic The overall aesthetic should feel like a blend of: * Brooklyn industrial character * Mediterranean warmth * brutalist / wabi-sabi restraint * quiet luxury * editorial hospitality design * high-end café culture Think: * warm, tactile, material-rich * not trendy / gimmicky * not suburban café * not sterile minimalism * not overly rustic * not generic “coffee shop Pinterest” We want the renderings to feel like a real, premium destination café. ⸻ Color Palette You should work within this brand palette: * #1A1714 — Espresso * #C4622D — Terracotta * #FDFAF6 — Warm Cream * Sage Green as a controlled accent ⸻ Millwork Direction The millwork is a major part of the concept and needs to be reflected accurately. Core millwork language: * rift white oak veneer, deep espresso-brown matte finish * natural oak ribbed paneling at the main bar face * natural oak fluted paneling at the Zone 2 feature wall / photo wall * matte terracotta wall plane behind the espresso machine * Palm Shade honed stone countertop * matte black utility millwork / high-touch service zones * aged brass and matte black metal accents * concealed, clean, high-end detailing * no visual clutter Key design principles: * the bar is the hero * the space should respect the industrial shell * the millwork should bring warmth and sophistication * everything should feel custom, architectural, and intentional ⸻ Spatial / Seating Strategy We are designing the café with a 3-zone seating strategy: Zone 1 – Capture & Turn * faster-turn seating * front-facing / visible / high-energy * beautiful but not too loungey * smaller tables, upright seating Zone 2 – Revenue Core * the main café seating engine * the strongest everyday dining / coffee seating zone * highly efficient but still premium * likely includes the key feature wall and design moments Zone 3 – Quiet Luxury / Halo Zone * the most photogenic area * most brand-defining * warm, beautiful, editorial * premium but still not over-soft or too residential The seating needs to look luxurious while still being aligned with turnover and revenue-per-square-foot goals. ⸻ What We Need We need a designer who can create a full visual package that helps us see the final café clearly. Deliverables Please quote for something in this range: Phase 1 – Concept Translation * review provided concept materials, palette, and millwork direction * create a cohesive visual interpretation / mood direction * propose any refinements that improve realism, cohesion, or impact Phase 2 – Photorealistic 3D Design Create photorealistic renderings of the café, ideally including: 1. Exterior / entry perspective (if possible) 2. Main hero bar perspective 3. Back bar / espresso zone 4. Zone 2 feature nook / photo zone 5. Window / banquette / seating zone 6. Wide full-room perspective 7. At least 1–2 close-up detail shots of materials / millwork / branding moments Optional / Nice to Have * simple floor plan overlay with furniture layout * elevations or millwork callout views * lighting mood studies * alternate finish option if needed ⸻ What You Will Be Given I will provide: * concept direction * brand palette * cup/brand visual references * millwork design system * seating strategy * furniture direction * countertop direction * notes on zoning, mood, and goals If you are the right person, I want you to take this vision and elevate it, not just copy it literally. ⸻ Who I’m Looking For You should have: * strong experience in hospitality interior design * strong experience in photorealistic 3D rendering * excellent taste * ability to interpret a brand and spatial concept at a high level * experience with cafés, restaurants, or boutique hospitality spaces * ability to make spaces feel premium, warm, and believable * strong understanding of materials, lighting, and camera composition Preferred * experience rendering: * coffee shops * restaurants * boutique hotels * retail hospitality spaces * ability to recommend subtle design improvements * ability to work quickly and communicate clearly ⸻ Important Please do not apply if your style is: * generic residential * generic office/commercial * overly minimal and cold * farmhouse / rustic * generic coffee shop / Pinterest style We want someone with a strong eye for: * editorial composition * hospitality mood * material realism * luxury restraint * brand translation ⸻ To Apply Please send: 1. Relevant portfolio examples Especially cafés, restaurants, hospitality, boutique retail, or other warm high-end interiors. 2. A short note answering: * Why you are a good fit for this project * Which rendering(s) in your portfolio are most relevant * What software you use * Your estimated timeline * Your estimated fee / package structure 3. Please also include the phrase: “Common Circuit deserves a destination interior.” So I know you read the full post. ⸻ Timeline We are looking to move quickly. Please include: * estimated start date * estimated turnaround time * how many revisions are included ⸻ Ideal Outcome The final output should make people say: “I want to go there.” We want renderings that are strong enough to: * guide design decisions * support contractor / build conversations * support branding / marketing * potentially be shown to investors / stakeholders * help us confidently finalize the space ⸻ Photorealistic 3D Interior Designer Needed for Premium Brooklyn Café We are seeking an elite interior designer / 3D visualization specialist to create photorealistic renderings for a new premium café in Gowanus, Brooklyn called Common Circuit.
