Interior Designer & AI Visualizer for Boutique Short-Term Rental

I'm looking for an interior designer with short-term rental experience to redesign a compact boutique guest room and improve its booking performance. The room needs a full renovation, so this is essentially a from-scratch concept: the goal is to turn a small space into a cohesive, guest-focused property that photographs well and positions strongly in its listing. Scope: Review the existing room and floor plan, and propose a space-planning approach that makes the most of a compact 20 m² layout — flow, function, and a sense of openness. Develop a clear design concept aligned with the target guest and the Phuket location. Create 2–3 mood boards (palette, materials, furniture, styling). Provide a budget-conscious furniture & decor shopping list. Deliver AI-assisted visualizations / renders of the redesigned space. Notes on listing positioning and styling for photography. Deliverables: design concept, mood boards, layout recommendations, furniture/decor list, and visualizations — delivered as a structured PDF or board (Figma/Canva, your preference). About the property: Guesthouse room (~20 m²) in Phuket, Thailand. Currently in need of a full renovation. Intended use: short-term rental (boutique guest room).
