Interior Designer for Finish Selections

Interior Designer Needed for Flip Finish Selections — No Construction Drawings Looking for an interior designer to help with finish selections for renovation/flips. We are not looking for construction drawings, permit plans, elevations, or full architectural design. We need help choosing the visible finishes that make the property feel clean, warm, updated, and marketable based on comps that we will provide. We will provide property photos, basic layout photos, and a few comparable properties/inspiration images. From there, we’d like help with a simple design direction/mood board and finish selections, including: Paint colors Flooring Kitchen cabinet color Countertop color/material Backsplash Bathroom tile Vanity/fixture direction Lighting fixtures Cabinet hardware Other simple finish recommendations We prefer realistic, budget-conscious selections from big-box or easy-to-source vendors like Home Depot, Lowe’s, Floor & Decor, Wayfair, Amazon, Costco, IKEA, or similar. Must confirm items are in stock in our location. This is for real estate flips, so the goal is not over-designed or custom but ideally you'd have some experience with value engineering.
