Interior Designer for High-End Residential and Hospitality projects

Part-Time Interior Designer – High-End Residential & Hospitality Role Overview We are looking for a team player who can work hand-in-hand with our business owner, who leads client meetings and provides design direction. The detail-oriented and curious Interior Designer may attend select client meetings to hear feedback directly and help implement design revisions and review product selection with a client. The ideal candidate can be in the weeds (creating mood boards or drafting a space plan) while being able to see the big picture and move a project forward through coordinating field measurements based on a sketch they created from a photo. Responsibilities - Design from concept through completion - Create conceptual layouts and designs - Pull together mood boards and order samples - Develop precise Space plans - Manage FF&E, material, and finish selections - Create Specification Documents, schedules, and drawings - Develop design presentations and revisions based on client feedback Requirements - Proven experience in high-end residential and/or hospitality design - Strong eye for detail, materials, and furnishings - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and Adobe (or similar) - Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently Hours - Part-time, flexible - Up to 20 hours/week, depending on project needs
