3D Interior & Exterior Rendering for New Build Home from Architectural Plans

I am looking for an experienced 3D rendering artist or architectural visualization specialist to create high-quality interior and exterior renderings of a new build home. I already have the architectural plans/designs from the architect. The goal is to turn those plans into polished, realistic 3D visuals that accurately represent the home’s exterior design, interior layout, materials, finishes, scale, and overall style. Project scope: Create realistic 3D exterior renderings of the home Create realistic 3D interior renderings of key rooms/spaces Work from architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and any design references provided Accurately model the home’s proportions, rooflines, windows, exterior materials, interior layouts, ceiling heights, and architectural details Add realistic lighting, landscaping, driveway, surrounding context, furniture, fixtures, and finishes where appropriate Provide high-resolution images suitable for design review, marketing, and presentation purposes Interior spaces may include: Kitchen Living room Dining area Bedrooms Bathrooms Entryway/foyer Other important spaces depending on the plans Ideal freelancer: Strong experience with residential architectural visualization Ability to read and interpret architectural plans Skilled in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, or similar Good eye for realistic materials, lighting, furniture placement, finishes, landscaping, and presentation quality Able to communicate clearly and provide revisions as needed Deliverables: High-quality exterior 3D renderings High-quality interior 3D renderings Recommended camera angles/views Revisions to refine details, materials, finishes, furniture, or viewpoints Source/model files if available Please include examples of previous residential interior and exterior renderings you have completed, especially new build homes. Applications without relevant portfolio examples may not be considered.
