We're looking for a talented 3D renderer to become our go-to visual partner — this is NOT a one-time project. If you do great work, you'll have consistent, recurring projects every time we bring in a new client. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW THIS WORKS — 2 PHASES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PHASE 1 — Master Lookbook (one-time, paid flat fee) Create 10 photorealistic renders of wine rooms using our standard materials: • 5 different design styles: Modern Glass Box / Warm Wood+Glass / Full Panoramic / Industrial Chic / Classic Elegance • Each style rendered in 2 material variations • Materials we'll provide: VintageView-style label-forward metal racks, frameless ultra-clear tempered glass panels, smart LED recessed lighting, optional WhisperKOOL cooling unit • Budget for Phase 1: $100–150 USD PHASE 2 — Per Client Project (ongoing, recurring) Every time we close a new client, you receive: • 2–4 reference photos of the client's actual home • Room dimensions (width x depth x ceiling height) • Client preferences: rack style, material finish, with or without cooling unit, bottle capacity • Any special requests You deliver: • 3–5 photorealistic renders of the wine room designed to match THAT client's home style • Turnaround: under 24 hours • Budget per project: $25–50 USD ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✅ Strong portfolio of interior renders — kitchens, living rooms, or specialty spaces (wine rooms not required but a big plus) ✅ Ability to match a render to an existing home's style using reference photos ✅ Real 24-hour turnaround capability — this is non-negotiable for our business ✅ Proficient in: SketchUp + V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max, Blender Cycles, or similar professional rendering software ✅ Responsive communicator — we move fast ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ TO APPLY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Please answer these 3 questions in your proposal: 1.
