Summary

Need a photorealistic interior rendering set and walkthrough video created for 2 multi-family unit types. I will provide the floor plan, sample rendering, and sample sketchup model. The hire will be responsible for creating the new model of the 2 unit types, and producing the renderings. The hire will be responsible for identifying the bathroom materials and creating nice look spaces for those.
