Interior and Exterior Design - Tennis Club - Renders

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer or Architect to redefine the visual identity and aesthetic image of an established Tennis Club located in Barcelona. The project involves both interior remodeling concepts and exterior aesthetic updates. We already have a few baseline ideas, but we need a professional to transform them into a cohesive, high-end design concept. *** Scope of Work & Areas to Design: - Ground Floor (Public & High-Traffic Area): Redesign the main Entrance, the Reception desk/lobby, and the Club Bar/Cafeteria area. - First Floor (Exclusive Members-Only Lounge): Premium renovation of the private lounge and common areas dedicated exclusively to club members. - Exterior Terrace: Full aesthetic redefinition to create an inviting, comfortable, and modern outdoor experience. -Exterior Facade: Selection of the new exterior wall painting color palette and finishes to match the new branding. *** Key Tasks & Deliverables: - Task 1: Concept & Moodboard Definition Develop the design concept starting from the predefined ideas and references provided by the club's board. Deliver moodboards with spatial intent. - Task 2: Material & FF&E Selection (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Define the color palettes, textures, materials, lighting concepts, linen/fabrics, and specific furniture selections for each designated area. - Task 3: 3D Visualization & Rendering Create high-quality 3D renders applying the agreed concepts. We require 2 to 3 design options/directions for evaluation before final selection. - Task 4: Feedback & Iteration Collaborate on refining the chosen option based on customer feedback (up to a maximum of 3 rounds of revisions included in the milestone). *** Requirements & Qualifications: - Proven portfolio in commercial, hospitality, or sports club/lounge interior design. - Excellent 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering skills (V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or similar). - Ability to deliver a cohesive indoor-outdoor design aesthetic. - Fluency in English (Spanish or Catalan is a plus but not mandatory, as long as visual communication is excellent). - Strong communication skills and respect for deadlines.
