Interior design drawing package

Below is the scope of work and deliverables required for the Interior Design drawing package for the Courtland Avenue project. These drawings will ultimately be issued to the architect and consultant team, therefore all drawings are to be coordinated, professionally presented, and prepared using appropriate CAD standards. PROJECT INFORMATION Project Name: Courtland Ave. Kitchener Address: 165 Courtland Ave., Kitchener, ON, Canada CAD DRAWINGS Drawing Standards Drawings are to be prepared on a title block and printed with black and white linework. At a minimum, each sheet shall include: Project Name Project Address Issue Block Sheet Name Sheet Number Print Date Flooring Transition Details Provide flooring transition details throughout the project. Finish Plans Provide complete finish plans identifying all wall and floor finishes. Millwork Drawings Provide dimensioned millwork drawings and elevations for: Kitchen Millwork Bathroom Millwork Party Room Wet Bar Millwork Party Room Washroom Vanity Millwork Requirements: All millwork drawings to be appropriately labelled within both the CAD files and PDF drawing set. All millwork to be fully dimensioned. Countertop information to be included and identified as Quartz. Appliance locations to be coordinated where applicable. See mood boards, CAD drawings and 3D renderings for reference Light Fixtures Provide reflected ceiling plans indicating all decorative lighting locations. Requirements: Dimensioned light fixture locations. Fixture tags coordinated with schedules. Detailed lighting legend. Pictures of each fixture, as well as fixture details/section views. Lighting schedule identifying: Fixture Tag Fixture Description Manufacturer Model Number Finish Mounting Type Quantity See mood boards for fixture details. Links included in mood boards. Door Schedule Provide an interior door schedule indicating: Door Type Door Finish Hardware Set Room Location Door schedule to be coordinated with the architectural drawings. See mood boards for details. NOTES Drawings are to be provided in PDF format and drawn to scale. Raw CAD files are to be provided upon completion. CAD files are to utilize appropriate layers and standards, as the files will be returned to the architect for coordination. All applicable unit types are to be coordinated and updated consistently throughout the drawing package.
