High-End Photorealistic Interior Rendering + Animated Walkthrough (Vectorworks / Floorplan Based) Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled 3D artist or studio who can create very realistic interior renderings and a smooth video walkthrough or animation of a residential project. The goal is to present the design to our client as if they are walking through the space. What we have available: * A Vectorworks file (schematic, multiple layers, not fully cleaned or high-detail) * Existing render images (as reference for style and direction) * A materials presentation (finishes, fabrics, colors, textures we want to match as closely as possible) What we need from you: * Convert our files into a high-end, photorealistic 3D model * Create multiple still renders with strong attention to lighting, materials, and atmosphere * Produce a smooth animated walkthrough video * Either based on the 3D model or by animating between scenes in a cinematic way * Ensure consistency between all images and the video (same materials, lighting, mood) Style requirements: * High-end and realistic (no game-like renders) * Strong sense of interior design, materials, and composition * Close match to real-life textures and finishes Important: * We value quality and reliability over speed * We prefer someone who can translate incomplete input into a polished result * Clear communication is essential Nice to have: * Experience with interior or luxury residential projects * Experience with Vectorworks, 3ds Max, Blender, Unreal, Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar * Ability to suggest improvements if something is missing in the input Long-term opportunity: If the collaboration works well, we are looking for a long-term partner for multiple upcoming projects.
