Internal Recruiter

We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Recruiter to manage recruitment for internal company positions. The ideal candidate has experience sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and maintaining a structured internal hiring pipeline. This role plays a key part in ensuring that the company attracts, evaluates, and hires top internal talent efficiently. Responsibilities: Source and identify qualified candidates within the organization Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations of internal candidates Maintain and manage an internal hiring pipeline and talent database Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Provide recommendations and insights on candidate fit and readiness Ensure a smooth and efficient internal recruitment process Skills & Qualifications: Experience with interviewing and candidate assessments Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Talent sourcing and internal recruiting experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information 2+ years of experience in recruiting or internal talent management
