# International Recruitment & Operations Coordinator ## Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful International Recruitment & Operations Coordinator to assist with the development of an international workforce and employment project. This is not a basic virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone who can help research opportunities, organize complex information, build systems and workflows, coordinate documentation, and support operational development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and comfortable creating structure from complex information. This role has strong potential for long-term growth for the right person. ## Responsibilities * Research international labor markets, workforce availability, and recruitment opportunities * Identify potential recruitment sources, staffing partners, and candidate pipelines * Research employment, work authorization, residency, and labor-related requirements * Assist with candidate onboarding and document collection processes * Organize and track passports, police clearances, employment records, contracts, medical documentation, and supporting paperwork * Build and maintain candidate tracking systems, spreadsheets, and operational databases * Create SOPs, workflows, checklists, and process documentation * Coordinate communication with candidates, employers, agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders * Conduct workforce and market research for industries including hospitality, tourism, food service, construction, skilled trades, and related sectors * Assist with scheduling, project coordination, and follow-up activities * Prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations * Help develop organized systems that can support future growth ## Ideal Candidate * Strong research and analytical abilities * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills * Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision * Professional, reliable, and discreet ### Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued: * International recruitment * Staffing agencies * Human resources * Talent sourcing * Immigration support * Visa processing * Workforce mobility programs * Operations management * Legal or compliance administration * Project coordination ## To Apply Please include: 1.
