Summary

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, student-focused, and detail-oriented International University Admissions & Student Success Specialist to guide international students through every stage of the university admissions process for institutions in the United States and the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student applications, providing academic counseling, coordinating admission requirements, communicating with universities, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from the initial consultation through enrollment. This role requires strong knowledge of international higher education systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Student Advising & Counseling * Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students and their families. * Evaluate students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and eligibility. * Recommend suitable universities and academic programs based on each student’s profile. * Guide students through the entire admissions journey. University Admissions * Prepare and submit university applications for U.S. and UK institutions. * Review transcripts, certificates, recommendation letters, and personal statements. * Ensure all application documents meet university requirements. * Track application deadlines and admission decisions. * Follow up with admissions offices regarding pending applications. Student Documentation * Review academic credentials for completeness and accuracy. * Assist students with: * Personal Statements * Statement of Purpose (SOP) * Essays * Resume/CV * Letters of Recommendation * Coordinate document translations and evaluations when required. Client Relationship Management * Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admissions process. * Provide timely updates on application progress. * Respond to inquiries professionally via email, WhatsApp, and phone. * Deliver exceptional customer service. University Relations * Build and maintain relationships with partner universities. * Communicate with university admissions representatives. * Attend virtual webinars and university training sessions. * Stay informed about admission policies and scholarship opportunities. Visa & Pre-Departure Support * Guide admitted students through: * Acceptance procedures * Deposit payments * Confirmation of enrollment * Visa documentation * Accommodation options * Health insurance requirements * Pre-departure orientation (Visa advice should be limited to document guidance unless the employee is qualified to provide immigration advice.) CRM & Case Management * Maintain accurate student records in the CRM. * Update application status and notes. * Monitor deadlines and required follow-ups. * Prepare weekly admissions reports.
