We are building an international workforce platform connecting skilled workers from Asia and other emerging markets with labor shortages in developed countries. Our initial focus includes healthcare support workers, caregivers, construction workers, skilled trades, manufacturing employees, and technical workers. We seek an expert who can help us: • Develop the business model. • Identify target industries and countries. • Design worker onboarding systems. • Develop certification and training programs. • Build employer acquisition strategies. • Create international labor mobility processes. • Develop scalable digital platform concepts. Experience with workforce development, international recruitment, labor mobility, staffing, or immigration-related businesses is preferred. The objective is to build a scalable global workforce ecosystem.
