About Us: We are the largest private high school and college internship program in the United States. We provide highly motivated student interns with a structured, 60-hour internship experience bolstered by a robust, pre-built career-readiness curriculum. The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Entrepreneur, Founder, or Agency Owner to act as the primary host, employer, and mentor for two (2) of our motivated student interns. The interns are fully funded by our program, meaning there is zero payroll cost to your business. We handle the initial screening to ensure their skills align with your business model. You do not need to create a curriculum; your role is to provide them with real-world application, daily task direction, and professional coaching. Timeline & Time Commitment: Duration: Most internships are planned for 4 to 6 weeks. Student Experience: Interns complete a total of 60 hours of work/learning. Your Expected Time Allocation: 8 to 10 hours total of management and mentorship across the entire 4-6 weeks. Your Responsibilities: Define Scope: Assign clear, impactful tasks and projects (e.g., lead generation, content creation, operations support, data entry, client work). Weekly Meetings: Meet with the student interns at least once weekly to review progress, give constructive feedback, and answer questions. Asynchronous Support: Be reasonably available via email to answer student questions and provide guidance as they work through tasks. Mentor: Share your entrepreneurial insights to help develop their business thinking and expose them to real-world operations. Requirements: Proven track record running an active agency, consulting business, or registered startup. Prior experience managing team members, freelancers, or contractors. Ability to provide structured workflows or daily tasks via tools like Slack, Asana, Notion, Trello, or ClickUp. Reliability to commit to the 4-6 week timeline and the 8-10 hour management allocation. How to Apply: Please submit a brief proposal including: A 2-3 sentence overview of what your agency or business does. A couple of sentences on what specific projects you would assign to two interns right away. Confirming your availability to dedicate 8-10 hours of mentorship over the 4-6 week period.⚙️
