Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Interpreting Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will coordinate interpreting assignments for clients across multiple industries, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage interpreting requests from start to finish, including scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up. Coordinate with interpreters, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain up-to-date records in our project management systems (e.g., Plunet, Day Interpreting App). Monitor interpreter performance and provide quality assurance feedback. Resolve scheduling conflicts, cancellations, or client issues efficiently. Support compliance with HIPAA, ISO, and confidentiality standards. Prepare project reports, invoices, and client updates as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as an interpreting or language services project manager (2+ years preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with remote and on-site interpreting modalities (OPI, VRI, consecutive, simultaneous). Tech-savvy with strong command of CRM, project management, and scheduling tools.
