We’re looking for a reliable freelancer with advanced English communication skills to conduct candidate screening calls for open roles in the US and occasionally in other countries. You will be provided with: - Access to a VoIP or toll-free number for making calls. - Interview scripts and job descriptions. - Candidate details and instructions from our team. Responsibilities: - Run structured phone interviews using our scripts. - Assess candidate fit based on the role requirements. - Take brief, clear notes after each call.. - Coordinate feedback with our recruitment team. Requirements: - Advanced spoken and written English. - Previous experience in recruitment or interviewing. - Professional, friendly, and confident phone presence. - Comfortable speaking to candidates from different regions and backgrounds.
