Interviewer for Online Shopper & Customer Service Research

We are looking for a reliable and confident interviewer to conduct short online interviews with online shoppers and customer service agents as part of a research project. Responsibilities: Conduct 3 interviews per day with participants sourced through Upwork. Each interview will last approximately 10–15 minutes. Ask participants a set of questions that we will provide. Follow the provided interview questions and ensure all relevant information is captured accurately. Maintain a professional, friendly, and conversational approach during interviews. Share the information, clips and insights gathered from each interview with our team. Time Commitment: Approximately 1 hour per day. 3 interviews per day, each lasting 10–15 minutes. Flexible scheduling, as long as the daily interviews are completed. Compensation: $50 USD per day for conducting 3 interviews a day. Ideal Candidate: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds. Able to follow a structured set of interview questions. Reliable and punctual. Previous experience in interviewing, customer service, research, recruiting, or similar roles is a plus, but not required.
