We are seeking an experienced investigative journalist or business reporter to research and write a compelling story about a startup's growth, acquisition by a large conglomerate, and subsequent involvement in a major IPO. The story will examine the company's growth, ownership/investment history, acquisition, and key developments—with broader lessons for entrepreneurs, investors, and the business community. We will provide reliable source documents and background materials. The journalist should independently review the materials, conduct additional research, fact-check the information, and present the story fairly and objectively—not as advocacy.
