Investment Business Accounting

Heirloom Fair Legal is a mid-sized specialty private credit business, operating 2 proprietary investment vehicles (Cayman), 4 managed funds (Cayman and Luxembourg) and 2 management company equivalents (US and UK). We need someone to maintain the accounts in Xero for our investment entities. This is primary responsibility for the 2 proprietary vehicles and 1 of the managed vehicles, and shadow accounts for the other 3 managed vehicles (which have administrators). Accounting is being done in Xero, though this has been a recent transition and so there will be some cleanup to be done initially, particularly on 2 of the entities. Transactions are approximately 50 across all businesses per month. Role will be to post entries to Xero, reconcile bank accounts and produce basic monthly financial statements as well as some adhoc reporting/figures for the reporting team to produce investor reports. You must have experience with investment accounting.
