Investment Fund & Asset Management Expert For Diaspora Global Community for Asian Country

I am building an investment platform that allows diaspora investors globally to invest in real estate, infrastructure and private businesses in a high-growth Asian country. The goal is to build an institutional-quality investment management company that sources, diligences, structures and manages investment opportunities for diaspora investors. What You’ll Do * Design the optimal fund, SPV and corporate structure. * Develop the regulatory and licensing roadmap. * Advise on raising capital from international diaspora investors. * Develop the investment thesis and target sectors. * Build deal-sourcing and project-screening systems. * Create financial, legal, commercial and technical due-diligence processes. * Design investment committee and risk-management frameworks. * Structure the first $5M–$25M investment vehicle. * Develop the fee, management and performance economics. * Build the investor acquisition and fundraising strategy across Canada, USA, UK, UAE, Australia and Europe. * Design the operating model, team structure, investor onboarding and reporting processes. * Help establish the business and potentially continue as a senior advisor/operator. Ideal Candidate Strong preference for someone with hands-on experience in: * Private equity / alternative investment funds * Real estate or infrastructure funds * Fund formation and asset management * Institutional or HNW capital raising * Diaspora/international investors * Project due diligence and investment structuring * Regulatory compliance and fund operations Please include examples of funds you have helped launch/manage, approximate fund sizes, capital raised, relevant markets, and your proposed approach to building this business.
