Invoice Management for Piano Lessons

Summary

I need someone to chase up on unpaid invoices and generate new invoices outstanding for the past 1 year for piano lessons I taught. This is a once off role that may take anywhere from 20-40 hours depending on efficiency and understanding of the VA. You can do this in your own time according to your schedule and availability, so can be balanced with an existing full time or part time job fully remotely! I just need it done within the next 3 weeks. There are about 100 invoices to follow up on, and 200 invoices to send. They are basic invoices for piano lessons, each student has had about 10 lessons per term and there are 4 terms in a year. All students' parents contacts are held, you just need to use Bookipi to send the invoice and match it with lesson accordance recorded on google sheets. I don't have the time to do this as I am working and growing another business also. Candidate needs to have good attention to detail to check invoices are correct before sending out, no duplicates or wrong pricing rates etc. Candidate needs to have professional and friendly customer service tone in written communication if needed to communicate in follow ups or to answer students' parents queries on payment. Candidates will need to review bank statements and be able to proactively search using references and descriptions and names etc to reconcile payments to invoices to mark them off as paid. If done well, I will contract the same VA again for the next batch of invoices that need to be done once the next semester of lessons are finished! The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial records, has great attention to detail, can work independently and take initiative to problem solve if there are issues in basic numerical data, and communicating effectively with clients to resolve payment issues.
