JOB OVERVIEW Hi there, We’re looking to hire an experienced invoice Checker / Profit Spreadsheet Assistant for our e-commerce company. Your main job will be to check supplier invoices, keep accurate product-pricing records, and update our profit spreadsheets for different stores every day. This role requires strong spreadsheet experience, Triple Whale experience, and very high attention to detail. ## THE ROLE You will be responsible for: * Checking supplier invoices daily. * Adding all invoice data into our profit spreadsheets. * Updating profit spreadsheets for different stores every day at a specific hour. * Keeping your own organized spreadsheet with product pricing records. * Tracking product costs, supplier prices, shipping costs, quantities, and invoice details. * Comparing invoice prices with existing product-pricing records. * Noticing price changes, missing data, duplicate charges, or anything that looks incorrect. * Communicating clearly when something does not match or looks wrong. * Following our SOPs exactly. ## REQUIREMENTS * Must have strong experience with Google Sheets or Excel. * Must have experience using Triple Whale. * Must be very organized. * Must have serious attention to small details. * Must be reliable and available every day. * Must be able to update spreadsheets daily at the specific hour required. * Must be comfortable working with invoices, product costs, profit data, and numbers. * Must be able to follow instructions exactly. * Must communicate clearly in English. * Experience with Shopify, dropshipping, or e-commerce is a strong plus. ## HOW TO APPLY Start your cover letter with the word **“calculator”** so we know you read the full post.
