Irrigation and Hardscape Design for 1 Acre Property

Seeking a professional to design irrigation and hardscape for a 1-acre property in Riverview, Florida. The project involves creating an efficient layout that minimizes wasted space. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape design and irrigation systems, ensuring a functional and aesthetically pleasing outcome. I do permaculture, aquaponics, mud architecture, and product design myself. So looking to collaborate on this project as I will be the SME on plants, height, harvest time, and whether they are permanent or regularly trimmed. I would like the color theory, harmony maintained along with the harvest time, total height, and access to harvest kept in mind when doing hardscape design first. There is a reservoir pond with a marsh bank, which will also be used for rice and other edible/ ornamental plants that survive wet feet.
