We are looking for an experienced Italian (Italy) Localization Proofreader to review professionally localized e-learning content. The content has already been translated by a professional linguist following the provided localization guidelines. Your role is to perform a final linguistic and localization quality review to ensure the content is accurate, natural, culturally appropriate, and ready for publication. Responsibilities: • Proofread and review localized content for linguistic accuracy, fluency, and natural Italian. • Ensure compliance with the provided localization guidelines and client requirements. • Check grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting, and terminology consistency. • Ensure the content is culturally relevant and appropriate for an Italian audience. • Identify and correct any remaining translation, localization, or style issues. • Deliver polished, client-ready content within the agreed timeline. Requirements: • Native speaker of Italian (Italy). • Proven experience in localization proofreading or linguistic quality assurance (LQA). • Experience with e-learning, corporate training, or IT/security content is preferred. • Excellent attention to detail and strong command of written Italian. • Ability to deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
