Italian Lawyer Needed: Contract & Product Liability Claim vs. Supplier

HeroX UK Ltd, an air-dome supplier, needs an Italian lawyer (avvocato) to pursue a contract and product liability claim against an Italian membrane supplier, EMME Coperture S.r.l. (Monza-Brianza region). Under a signed contract, the supplier was engaged to manufacture and deliver a pressostatic air dome membrane for a padel court structure in Scotland. After a feasibility study confirmed the design, the supplier delivered the membrane with a wrong geometry (apex height and wall angle) that did not match approved drawings, causing the structure to fail and collapse. We have a full evidence pack: approved design drawings, 3D survey scans, elevation comparisons, internal pressure data, and an independent expert report establishing the supplier's fabrication defect as the cause. Direct loss is approximately €35,000 (amount paid for the membrane); consequential losses are estimated at €60,000-70,000; and there is potential downstream exposure to a claim from our end client of up to approximately €500,000. We need help with: drafting and sending a formal legal notice (diffida) seeking contract termination, restitution, and damages; navigating mandatory mediation; and, if needed, representation before the Court of Milan, including a possible third-party joinder (chiamata in garanzia) strategy. Must be fluent in English and Italian, with experience in commercial contract disputes, product liability, and Italian civil procedure.
