What you'll actually be doing - Edit native short-form ads for Meta and TikTok, optimized for conversion - Create variations from winning concepts (new hooks, openings, pacing, captions, CTAs) - Apply motion graphics, on-screen text, subtitles, sound design and light VFX - Work closely with strategists for fast feedback loops - Implement feedback quickly, iterating based on performance data - Keep project files, naming conventions and version control clean - Meet deadlines without compromising quality **Who we're looking for** This is a senior role. We're not looking for a junior to train, or a mid-level editor hoping to make the leap here. We want someone already operating at the highest level — fast, organized, detail-obsessed, who takes ownership and handles frequent feedback without taking it personally. - Solid written and spoken Italian - Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro or other editing software - Deep understanding of pacing, hooks, pattern interrupts and retention editing - Daily fluency with AI video tools (Higgsfield, Freepik, ElevenLabs, HeyGen) - Senior-level editing speed under real deadlines ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT — NO EXCEPTIONS: Your application must include a solid portfolio of ads you've previously edited for DTC brands (a Drive or Frame link works fine). We want to see volume and real DTC work — not one-off projects, music videos or generic showreels. Applications without it will not be considered.
