Italy Usability Testing Flow for Fintech Platform

0. SUMMARY Permisso.io is a fintech company based in Barcelona expanding its product to Italy.We want to understand how Italian users interact with the INPS authentication flows, specifically with CIE or SPID - Poste ID to improve the user experience of our platform.We are looking for an Italian citizen or resident for a quick, one-time usability testing and screen-recording session. 1. DESCRIPTION This project focuses on testing our product that interacts with Italian public administration portals and their login systems. In order to do so, we need to observe the real-world flow of a user navigating the INPS portal to identify potential technical "edge cases" that our automated system might miss. 2. TASKS NEEDED - Live Walkthrough: Walking us through the steps to authenticate in the INPS portal using SPID (e.g., PosteID, Sielte, etc.) or CIE (Carta d’Identità Elettronica). - Process Observation: Guiding us for the steps needed to understand the process - Feedback: Providing insights about the speed, technical hurdles, and overall experience of the authentication and document generation process. 3. EXPECTED WORKLOAD & COMPENSATION - Frequency: This is a one-time task.Duration: 30–60 minutes maximum. - Compensation: 25€ (Fixed fee). - Timeline: Immediate start.If we are happy with the collaboration, there may be opportunities for future testing as we release new features for the Italian market. 4. REQUIREMENTS - Authentication: Must have a valid SPID (preferably PosteID or similar) or CIE (with the CIE ID app/card reader ready). - Communication: Ability to communicate in English
