Jane App EMR to GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation & In-Clinic Kiosk Setup

Job Description: We are an established clinical practice looking for a high-level Technical Systems Architect / Healthcare Integrator to optimize our tech stack and patient onboarding funnel. We need someone who deeply understands both clinical workflows and advanced marketing automation—specifically bridging Jane App EMR and GoHighLevel (GHL). Our goal is a seamless, automated, and HIPAA-compliant data flow between our clinical management software and our marketing/retention pipelines, alongside an in-clinic patient check-in kiosk system. Key Responsibilities: Jane App to GHL Integration: Build robust, reliable pipelines ensuring patient data, booking triggers, and appointment statuses in Jane App seamlessly update user stages, opportunities, and automated follow-ups within GoHighLevel. Kiosk Implementation: Configure a secure, dedicated in-clinic iPad/tablet kiosk system for patient intake and check-in, ensuring it securely hooks into our digital workflow. High-Level GHL Architecture: Optimize our GHL sub-account structure, custom fields, and webhooks to handle advanced workflows, including coordination with AI-integrated reception services. Data Security & Compliance: Ensure all integrations maintain strict HIPAA compliance and absolute data privacy. Required Qualifications: Proven experience working directly with Jane App EMR and its webhook/API capabilities. Expert-level mastery of GoHighLevel (GHL) (custom values, webhooks, triggers, advanced workflow building). Experience with healthcare-specific middleware and automation platforms (e.g., ClinicSync Pro, Keragon, or secure HIPAA-compliant proxies). Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) or kiosk lockdown software (e.g., Scalefusion, KioWare) to secure in-clinic hardware. Strong understanding of healthcare privacy laws (HIPAA) regarding data transmission.
