Japan Creator & Lifestyle Sourcing Specialist

We are TaviaVerify, a lifestyle content agency working with creator-style content and participant sourcing across Asia. We collaborate with local partners to connect with suitable people for online lifestyle content projects. We are looking for a Japan-based or Japan-connected sourcing specialist to support a lifestyle content project in Japan. The ideal freelancer has experience with Japanese creator communities, social media communities, lifestyle networks, influencer networks, local communities, or talent sourcing. This role is focused on local-language sourcing support, candidate communication, and simple pipeline coordination. This is not an adult-content project. We do not need NSFW, sexual, or inappropriate content. Responsibilities: -Research and identify suitable candidate sources in Japan. -Communicate with potential candidates in Japanese using approved project materials. -Help organize a simple candidate pipeline. -Share feedback on candidate quality and local market response. -Coordinate with our team through Upwork. Selected freelancers will receive full project details and approved materials after the contract starts. All communication, contract setup, and payments will remain on Upwork.
