Japan-based local to write custom one-day travel itineraries

We're a small US-based team building a custom travel itinerary service, looking for locals who actually know Japan to help write personalized day-by-day plans for our customers. Looking for 2-3 people for ongoing paid work. What this is: We send you a brief about a specific traveler ("couple in their 30s, first time in Kyoto, love food, vegetarian, hate big crowds") and you put together a one-day local guide for a specific neighborhood or city. Your favorite breakfast spot, a couple of genuine local lunch picks, a non-obvious afternoon activity, dinner. The kind of stuff you'd tell a friend visiting, not what shows up on the first page of Google. For each recommendation we want: - The name and location - One specific sentence on why it's special (the story, what makes it stand out, not "great food, nice atmosphere") - The practical catch (cash only, book ahead, closed days, language barrier, smart timing) Who we're looking for: - You currently live in, or recently lived in, Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, or surrounding regions especially) - You know your neighborhood well - You write decent English - You can hit a basic deadline (4-7 days per assignment) - You're willing to do a paid trial assignment first ($25) so we can see your style Pay: - $25 per assignment (one rich day of recs, 1-2 hours of your time) - Trial first, then ongoing work for good fits - No exclusivity, no long-term commitment
