[Japan-specific] Recruiter / Sourcer Needed

We are a digital marketing agency working with both Japanese and global clients, and we are looking for a freelance recruiter/sourcer to help us identify candidates for a Senior Japanese Client Manager / Account Director position. The full job description will be provided once the project is confirmed, but in summary, we are looking for a senior client-facing person who can manage Japanese client communication, work remotely with an English-speaking international team, and reduce founder involvement in day-to-day account management. This is not a junior account manager, coordinator, or translator role.
