[Japan-specific] Recruiter / Sourcer Needed

We are a digital marketing agency working with both Japanese and global clients, and we are looking for a freelance recruiter/sourcer to help us identify candidates for a Senior Japanese Client Manager / Account Director position. The full job description will be provided once the project is confirmed, but in summary, we are looking for a senior client-facing person who can manage Japanese client communication, work remotely with an English-speaking international team, and reduce founder involvement in day-to-day account management. This is not a junior account manager, coordinator, or translator role. The ideal candidate should have experience managing Japanese clients in an agency, PR, digital marketing, entertainment, media, or client services environment. ==What we need from the recruiter== - Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Japanese portals, networks, and communities - Build a longlist with profile links, notes, and fit assessment - Prepare and send outreach messages: Manage replies and follow-ups - Screen interested candidates before introduction - Vet candidates for Japanese, English, client-facing experience, relevant industry background, and seniority - Maintain a candidate tracker with status, notes, screening results, and next steps ==In your proposal, it would be useful if you could send: == 1.
