Japanese-speaking researcher/outreach assistant needed – used car export industry

I am a UK-based used vehicle importer looking to establish relationships with smaller Japanese used car exporters and regional dealer groups who may be open to a UK partnership or commission arrangement. I need a Japanese-speaking freelancer to help me with two things: Task 1 – Research (approx 3-5 hours) Build a list of 40-60 smaller Japanese used car exporters and regional dealer groups who hold export licences. I am not interested in the large well-known exporters. I want smaller, active operators who list stock on platforms like Tradecarview, Carused.jp, or similar, but do not have strong English-language marketing or an obvious direct UK customer base. For each contact please provide: company name, contact name if available, email address, WhatsApp or Line contact if listed, website, and a brief note on what they seem to specialise in. Task 2 – Email outreach (approx 3-5 hours) Draft and send introduction emails in natural, professional Japanese to the list above. I will provide you with the key points to communicate in English and you will write the Japanese version appropriately for a business introduction. The message should convey: I am an established UK importer with buyers ready I am looking for exporters willing to offer first refusal on incoming trade-in stock before it goes to auction I am proposing a commission per completed UK sale Low risk, no upfront commitment required from them I move quickly once a vehicle is agreed Please also handle any initial replies and summarise responses for me in English.
