Java Architect – FinTech / Banking

Location: Chennai | Experience: 10+ Years | Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Java Architect with 10+ years of experience to join our team and work on scalable, secure, and high-performance FinTech/Banking applications. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot & Spring Cloud. Define and implement Microservices and Distributed System architectures. Design and review REST APIs and event-driven solutions. Work with Kafka, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes. Design cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP. Lead system design, architecture decisions, and technical discussions. Mentor development teams and ensure best coding and architecture practices. Focus on scalability, security, performance, and reliability. Required Skills 10+ years of strong Java development experience. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot & Spring Cloud. Excellent knowledge of Microservices, System Design & Distributed Systems. Hands-on experience with Kafka and Redis. Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker & Kubernetes. Strong experience designing REST APIs. Excellent technical leadership and problem-solving skills. FinTech/Banking domain experience is mandatory. Preferred Experience with high-volume transaction systems. Knowledge of financial/payment platforms. Experience with Agile development and enterprise applications.
