Jewelry CAD Designer Needed to Replicate Historical/Fraternal Medal from Photos

We are seeking a highly skilled Jewelry CAD Designer to create a precise, high-resolution 3D production model of a historical fraternal/chivalric neck jewel based on a set of reference photos. The goal of this project is to generate a flawless, manifold digital file (.STL and .3DM) that is 100% ready for high-resolution 3D wax printing and lost-wax casting. If you have experience with manufacturing, electroplating, and assembly, please note if you can offer end-to-end physical production. Key Design Elements to Model: The Base Cross: A straight-armed, square-ended cross with clean, incised borders running along the perimeter of each arm. Top Finial (The Helmet): A beautifully detailed, three-quarter profile of a medieval knight’s helmet adorned with swept-back feather plumes. This must include an integrated, heavy-duty suspension loop at the very top to attach a neck ribbon. Bezels & Settings: Five distinct, recessed bezels with precise seats/lips designed to hold custom cabochons securely: Four Corner Rounds: Located in the inner axils of the cross arms. One Center Oval: Prominently featured in the dead center of the cross. The Stones (Digital Placement or Separate Files): Four circular cabochons featuring an intricate, molded internal floral/rosette texture. One center oval cabochon featuring an inlaid/engraved monogram ("M") enclosed within a fine circular laurel wreath.
