An independent jewelry house seeks a skilled digital technician with prior experience designing a spring-loaded mechanical clasp to execute a precise 3D CAD file. Note: All preliminary kinematic math, wall thicknesses, and spring cavity dimensions have already been calculated. Requirements: Proven experience designing functional, spring-loaded mechanical clasps or hardware in jewelry. Deep understanding of micro-tolerances, hinges, and clearance for moving internal parts. Execute a preliminary design CAD specs/blueprint. CAD Execution: Create a 3D model using Rhino3D, Matrix, or MatrixGold based on reviewed dimensions. Deliverables: Watertight .STL file (ready for high-res wax 3D printing) + source .3DM file.
