Job Application Assistant Needed

I am looking for an experienced, detail-oriented individual to help source and submit job applications on my behalf. This is not a mass-application project. I am looking for someone who can identify high-quality opportunities based on criteria I provide, send them to me for approval, and then complete applications only for the positions I approve. For each approved position, I would also like my resume to be tailored to the specific job description before submission. AI tools can be used to make this process more efficient, but all information must remain accurate and truthful. The ideal process will be: 1. Source relevant job opportunities based on my criteria. 2. Add them to a shared spreadsheet for my approval. 3. Tailor my resume for each approved position. 4. Submit the application on my behalf. I will provide my resume, credentials, application information, and detailed job-search criteria. Compensation I prefer a fixed-price/per-application model rather than hourly billing. My target rate is approximately $1 per qualified, approved, tailored, and successfully submitted application. I'm happy to increase this number once we have a good structure in place. When submitting your proposal, please briefly explain your experience handling job sourcing/application projects for other clients, how you typically find relevant opportunities in LATAM for US based companies, and what your application process looks like. Quality is significantly more important to me than application volume.
