I am an experienced professional (PMP, CSM, Salesforce Admin, Master's in IT Management) pursuing roles in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Solutions Consulting at enterprise technology companies. I need a detail-oriented VA to submit a focused batch of applications directly on company career portals — and for each one, find the relevant hiring manager or team lead on LinkedIn so I can follow up personally. This is quality over volume. I am targeting roughly 75 high-priority roles. Accuracy and same-day tracker updates matter more than speed. Target roles Business Analyst / Salesforce BA / CRM BA / Operations BA Project Manager / Associate PM / Implementation PM / Operations PM Solutions Consultant / Associate Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant Revenue Operations Analyst / GTM Systems Analyst Companies: US-based or remote-friendly tech/SaaS companies with 1,000+ employees only. No startups under 1,000 employees. Your two tasks per application Task 1 — Submit: Navigate to the company career portal, complete the application using provided materials, upload resume, and submit Task 2 — Research: Find the hiring manager, recruiting partner, or relevant team lead on LinkedIn for that role. Log their full name, title, LinkedIn URL, and whether we are 1st or 2nd degree connections Both tasks must be completed and logged in the tracker before moving to the next application. Tracker (Google Sheet — I will provide template) Company name Role title and application URL Date submitted Hiring manager / recruiter name, title, and LinkedIn URL Connection degree (1st, 2nd, or none) Status: Submitted / Skipped (with reason) / Needs clarification Materials I will provide Resume (PDF) with all education, experience, credentials, and contact info Job list (CSV) with ~150 postings prioritized HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW — work HIGH only unless instructed otherwise Standard answers document covering: work authorization, location, relocation, how you heard about the role, and contact details Always stop and message me before answering Salary expectations or desired compensation Cover letters or written statements not pre-provided EEO / diversity / veteran / disability self-identification fields Any technical screening question or skills assessment Creating an account that requires setting a password Anything not clearly covered in the materials I provide Budget Hourly rate $6–$10/hr Hour cap 20 hrs max Total budget ~$150 Timeline 2 weeks Expected pace: 6–10 applications per hour including research. Complex portals take longer — that is fine. Do not rush the LinkedIn research step.
