## Job Application Virtual Assistant | 1,000 Applications I’m looking for a reliable, fast, and detail-oriented virtual assistant to manage high-volume job applications on my behalf. ### Compensation 1. **$100 fixed project payment** 2. **$20 bonus for each qualifying interview** generated from an application submitted under this contract 3. **$500 success bonus** if I secure and begin a job resulting from an application submitted under this contract This is not simple copy-paste work. I need someone who can move quickly while still paying attention to details, follow instructions exactly, understand application questions, and use ChatGPT effectively when needed. ### Scope of Work * Complete **1,000 job applications within one month** * Daily target: **minimum 33 completed applications** * Jobs will already be identified and organized in a Google Sheet. You will not be responsible for searching for jobs. * Apply through Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, company career pages, and similar applicant tracking systems * Use the correct approved resume and application materials provided for each application * Answer screening questions accurately based only on the information I provide * Use ChatGPT when necessary to generate application answers using my provided prompt engines and instructions * Update the existing application tracker immediately after each application * Record application status and any important notes accurately * Flag any unusual, unclear, or sensitive application question instead of guessing ### Quality Is the Priority **Accuracy matters more than simply reaching the daily number.** Submitting 33 applications means nothing if they are rushed, incomplete, duplicated, or filled out incorrectly. I need someone who can consistently maintain quality while working at a fast pace. Applications with fabricated information, incorrect answers, duplicate submissions, missing information, or careless mistakes will not count toward the target. ### What I’m Looking For You should be: * Very comfortable working quickly on a computer * A fast reader with strong English comprehension * Experienced with keyboard shortcuts and efficient browser navigation * Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar LLM tools * Able to follow detailed instructions without repeatedly making the same mistakes * Highly organized and careful with information * Responsive and communicative * Consistent and dependable enough to handle the workload every day * Comfortable working with repetitive application systems while maintaining attention to detail A laptop is required. A desktop setup, multiple monitors, and a fast, reliable internet connection are preferred. ### What I Will Provide I will provide: * The jobs to apply for * Google Sheet application tracker * Approved resume versions * Candidate information * Standard screening-question answers * Prompt engines for ChatGPT * Application instructions * Any other information required to complete the applications You will not need to create information or make assumptions about my background. ### Expected Volume **1,000 completed, accurate applications per month** This can become ongoing work if the first month goes well and the quality remains consistent.
