As our B2B business continues to grow, we are building the marketing systems, materials and partner resources needed to support prospective accounts, new installations, pilots, events and multi-location opportunities. We move quickly, collaborate closely and care about creating clear, accurate and useful materials that help our partners successfully introduce red light therapy into their businesses. About the Role We are looking for an organized, creative and dependable B2B Marketing & Partner Enablement Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our commercial marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing, organizing projects, creating marketing materials and helping move ideas from concept to completion. You will work closely with the Head of B2B Sales & Partnerships and the marketing team to support B2B content, sales materials, partner launches, events and account-specific marketing needs. This role is ideal for someone who has strong foundational marketing experience, learns quickly and wants to build meaningful experience within the wellness and B2B space. The right person does not need to be a senior strategist. We are looking for someone who can take clear direction, work independently, communicate proactively and consistently deliver polished work. What You’ll Do - Support the development and execution of B2B marketing initiatives across wellness, fitness, recovery, hospitality, medical aesthetics, universities and other commercial verticals - Help create and maintain B2B sales materials, including decks, one-sheets, product guides, FAQs and comparison documents - Assist with LinkedIn posts, thought-leadership content, partner announcements and commercial product education - Adapt approved messaging for different buyer audiences and industries - Help develop partner launch materials, including flyers, signage, email templates, social content, staff talking points and client education - Support account-specific marketing requests for pilots, installations and strategic partnerships - Help organize and maintain the B2B marketing asset library - Track projects, feedback, approvals, deadlines and final deliverables - Coordinate with marketing, creative, sales and other internal team members to keep projects moving - Assist with B2B events, including pre-event materials, presentations, collateral and post-event follow-up - Identify potential partner stories, testimonials, case studies and installation highlights - Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, content calendars and project-management systems - Review existing materials for accuracy, consistency and opportunities for improvement - Jump in where needed to help B2B marketing and partner-support projects stay organized and on schedule What We’re Looking For - Experience in wellness, fitness, recovery, hospitality, medical aesthetics, beauty, longevity or healthcare - Experience with Notion, Slack or CRM platforms - Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders - One to three years of experience in marketing, content, sales enablement, partner marketing, project coordination or a related role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organization and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders - Comfortable receiving direction and incorporating feedback - Self-starter who can take ownership of an assignment and follow it through to completion - Ability to write clear, professional copy for both internal and external audiences - Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may evolve - Strong judgment around accuracy, approved messaging and brand consistency - Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets and project-management platforms - Ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing and creative teams Nice to Have - Previous B2B or wholesale marketing experience - Experience creating sales decks, one-sheets, partner toolkits or launch materials - Familiarity with Canva - Experience supporting LinkedIn content or B2B social media - Basic graphic-design or layout skills - Experience coordinating events, webinars or partner launches - Familiarity with multi-location, franchise or account-based marketing What Success Looks Like In the first 90 days, this person will help us: - Organize and improve our existing B2B marketing materials - Establish a consistent B2B content cadence - Complete priority sales and vertical-specific materials - Build reusable templates for partner and account support - Improve the speed and organization of B2B marketing requests - Support priority partner launches, events or pilot programs - Create a stronger foundation for Mito Red Light’s commercial marketing presence The Ideal Person You may be a strong fit if you are: - Organized and dependable - A clear and thoughtful communicator - Comfortable working independently - Responsive to feedback - Excited by wellness and emerging health technologies - Able to balance creativity with accuracy - Someone who enjoys checking projects off the list—and making sure they are done well Compensation and Structure This is initially planned as a 90-day part-time contractor engagement for approximately 10–15 hours per week. Compensation is expected to range from $22–$38 per hour, depending on relevant experience and capabilities. There may be an opportunity to extend or expand the role based on workload, performance and the continued growth of the B2B business.
