Job Description– Project Manager (Onsite)

Job Details: Role: Project Manager Experience: Minimum 8+ Years (Relevant) Location: Onsite (Doha ) 6 months contractual. Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred) Budget: Not Constraint but Attractive Arabic Speaking is Mandatory Required Skills: Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Project/Program Management. Proven experience managing Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, and support projects. Strong expertise in end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, governance, monitoring, and successful delivery. Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects with global clients and distributed delivery teams. Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, risk management (RAID), change management, and quality assurance. Experience working with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. Strong client-facing experience with executive stakeholder management, including CXO-level communication. Hands-on experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar project management tools. Experience in pre-sales, solution planning, effort estimation, and delivery governance is an added advantage. PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP/Fusion implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource plans. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations while ensuring timely resolution. Drive governance meetings and provide regular project status updates to leadership and clients. Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure adherence to project quality standards, SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations. Mentor project teams, promote best practices, and drive continuous process improvements. Support business development, proposal preparation, and customer success initiatives where required.
